Cancellation & Late Policy We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 75% of the service price and may require prepayment for future appointments. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show policy. If you need to cancel part of your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Last-minute reductions in service time may still be subject to a cancellation fee. Additionally, all appointments must be confirmed and any required forms completed by 7 PM the day prior. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
